Pastors Bill and Cynthia Malone are the pastors and founders of Life Empowerment Ministries. In their 30 plus years of Marriage they have been blessed to serve in every capacity of Ministry TOGETHER. They are committed to the belief that their marriage is a ministry. Pastors Bill and Cynthia Malone work hard in ministry to encourage other married couples to serve God together, as one. Dr. Bill Malone is an insightful teacher of God’s word devoted to making the Word of God easier to understand and digest. First Lady Cynthia Malone is a prayerful and thoughtful woman of God who devotes her life to being available to women who seek to allow God’s Words increase their strength and devotion to the work of Ministry and marriage. Pastors Bill and Cynthia Malone strive to be a spiritual power couple that work TOGETHER to advance the Kingdom of God one marriage and family at a time, willing to do whatever it takes to make a difference in the lives of the people God brings along their path.
Pastors Bill and Cynthia have two adult children, Seneca Denise Diggs – an annointed songstress and passionate worshipper that has a heart for worship. She serves as a minister in the "Voices of Empowerment" Praise and Worship Ministry. Seneca is married to Richard Le'von Diggs III who has a heart for his family and the ministry. He serves as a Deacon and is a grateful believer. Ryan Curtis Malone - an awesome musician who not only serves in ministry but also serves his country. Ryan is an anchored believer in Christ who's aim is to please God and serve his family. Ryan is married to Amber Louise Malone who is gifted in arts ministry, she is annointed in liturgical dance and drama.
Pastors Bill and Cynthia are the proud grandparents of Isaiah, Emerson, Elise, and Richard IV.

Dr. Bill Malone
Dr. Billy R Malone was ordained an Elder in the Church of God in Christ in 1990 and holds a Phd in Religious Studies. Pastor Malone has humbly served in every capacity of ministry presented to him. He is a man after God’s heart and truly loves God’s people.
He is the Pastor and founder of Life Empowerment Ministries. He is an insightful teacher, anointed preacher, and visionary. Through his leadership and practical teaching that “we have a responsibility to our own deliverance”, many lives have been transformed and souls restored. It is his unwavering faith in God that continues to advance God’s agenda. Pastor Bill has been married to the “wife of his youth” since June 1984 and is the father of two beautiful and intelligent children who also love the Lord.
Pastor Bill is a student of God’s Word and continues to teach with warmth and conviction. His desire is to teach as Jesus taught in a way where everyone can understand. Although Pastor Malone holds multiple degrees, his personal testimony is simple, “It’s not about me, it’s about the Kingdom”.
First Lady Cynthia Malone
First Lady Cynthia R. Malone is an anointed and powerful woman of God who is known for being down to earth and personal with everyone she meets. First Lady Cynthia has served in various ministries from the west coast to over the Atlantic. She served as a church secretary, praise & worship leader, choir member, intercessory prayer member, greeter, usher, and various other positions. There was no job too great or small that she would not do for her Savior, Jesus Christ.
She has been married to the “husband of her youth” since 1984 and been a ministry partner with her husband and pastor for all but 3 of those years. She will gladly tell you that it has been a journey within itself. She is also the mother of two beautiful and intelligent adult children.
First Lady Malone is the cofounder of Life Empowerment Ministries where she works diligently by her husband’s side. She is known for her compassionate ear and willingness to listen to everyone’s story. She cares for the least of those in the Kingdom and is a committed prayer warrior. She is a compassionate, gentle, humble leader who is focused on restoring hope to those who have lost hope. Her personal testimony is simple, “God is Faithful!”
