Empowerment Life Fund (E.L.F.)

E.L.F was established with the mission of working toward the realization of raising and awarding scholarship money to help fund post secondary education for deserving youth here in Stafford County Virginia and surrounding areas. It is our passion to help youth who are high school seniors and college students within our community with achieving their goal of successfully attending a college, university, or vocational school and earning a degree.

Each year our goal is to raise funds through corporate sponsorships, fashion shows and annual brunch ticket sales.

Pastors Bill and Cynthia Malone are committed to restoring lives by empowering people and believe that education and knowledge is the key, this is the basis for the ELF fund. Accordingly, Bill and Cynthia Malone is proud to present this event in conjunction with Life Empowerment Ministries. This is our first fund raising event in the Stafford community with an audience that includes members of the business community, clergy, as well as, students and scholars.

Each year, our goal is to increase our scholarship fund through corporate sponsorships, fashion shows and annual brunch ticket sales.
